In 100% of these cases, at least 90% of any profit goes back to the company in benefits, pay increases, new hires !! Business in this country want to make a living! Not pay higher tax for being a profitable business and employing people who also want to support their families and pay less taxes!! Private industry is what made this country strong!! Not Government!! Government control only takes away incentives. This is because the government is acting as a middle man and sucking profit from the business.!!!! Just the fact that this transaction was allowed to happen should be an alarm to all citizenship that our (Life, Liberty pursuit of happiness) is being striped from us one step at a time by Liberal Democrats who think that the failed policies of Europe are our savior. It makes me sad to think that my young daughter and her baby will be subject to government health care! When where in America, the best health care is available.! At this time, America is the leader in all Health Care advancements in the world. This is because research and development costs are reasonable. This will not be possible with the tax proposal and plan for national health care purposed by the Obama administration. This is crazy, stand up and fight!!
