Interested in learning more about The Asian Conservative?
If you agree with our basic purpose and principles, we welcome you to join us in reshaping the conservative movement. As we are a fledgling association, we are especially looking for people willing to help us in these initial stages. Willing contributors such as fellow bloggers, writers, speakers and researchers are especially welcome. For more information about helping the conservative movement as seen through Asian eyes, email us at: contact@asianconservative.com
Nice new look of the site! Great job!
Thanks! I don’t think we’re quite through yet. I would really like to bring out the brand of AsianConservative a bit more. Any ideas?
Conservative Asian-American women are also a force to tap into. I seem to find more asian-american women in politics than men. Is it a cultural pressure that the asian male has to prove himself by getting a good paying job? Doctor, lawyer, etc? While the women have more freedom to do what they want? If so, this looks to be a potentially strong maneuver element in the asian conservative movement.
I also recommend getting out there. Joining the conservative community groups and being seen is a first step. As a member of the military reserves, I encourage asians to wear the uniform at formal functions. I also host an asian-american veterans brunch each year at my VFW post.
